Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Up or down, instantly. Annual plans pro-rate the unused portion as credit toward the new plan.
What counts as an "Aether action"?
An action is a complete tool call — drafting a proposal, generating an invoice, reconciling a transaction, sending a follow-up. Free-form questions and short clarifications don't count.
Do bank connections cost extra?
No. Every plan includes a number of connections; Growth and Scale are unlimited. We absorb the Plaid / GoCardless / direct-integration costs into the plan price.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. Stripe and your bank charge their own fees — Managable doesn't take a cut of your revenue. Reconciliation is a feature, not a tax.
Is there a founding-customer discount?
Yes. Customers who sign up during the private beta keep 30% off Core / Growth / Scale for life. Locked to the email you signed up with, not the workspace.
